1. Within 12 months from the date of receipt, if this product experiences non-human performance failures under normal use, it can enjoy free repair services.

2. The following situations are not covered by the warranty: human damage (such as falling, water ingress, disassembly), abnormal use (such as voltage mismatch, unauthorized modification), lack of valid purchase certificate, and appearance wear and tear.

3. During the warranty period, a screenshot/invoice of the purchase order and the faulty product must be provided. The shipping cost for repair shall be borne by both parties through negotiation (the manufacturer shall bear the cost for quality issues, and the user shall bear the cost for human issues).

4. For faults beyond the warranty period or beyond the warranty scope, paid repair services can be provided, and the specific cost is subject to the test results.

5. The final interpretation of this statement belongs to our company, and any adjustments will be notified separately.
